Smart Health: I Tried the Rolflex Pro for Painful Muscles — And It Relieved Ease Painful Areas

As a personal coach and mat Pilates instructor, I produce exercise as a part of my daily practice. And most days include some strength training. The surface does not leave me immune from the periodical sore spot or tight muscle a day or two after a tough workout.

#  Something I Disliked Close the Rolflex Pro

1. The plastic fabric feels a bit light. Regarding its price point, I expected a more elevated grade of the fabric. Some of the institutions felt shaky and doubtful at the fittings as if they could come apart without a firm hold.

2. It requires to be adapted for every muscle group. If you’re like me, you may lack the tolerance to switch out the therapy rollers for each muscle.

3. The online instructional videos are uninspiring. Although helpful for describing how to use the effect, I felt the videos and how-to guide lacked creativity and confidence, and consequently, I was lacking in basis to watch them all the way around.
